Pricing

Standard & Mortgage Packages

  • General notarizations: $10 per document.

  • Mortgage/Title closings (lenders/title companies): $200 per package (includes printing and scanbacks).

  • RON sessions: $25 per document.

  • Mobile on-site fees and travel vary by distance.

Travel fees listed per region. For out-of-area or bulk closings, request a custom quote.

RON Policy & Exceptions

Most notarizations are conducted remotely via RON. Exceptions requiring in-person notarization include durable powers of attorney, irrevocable trusts, wills, conservatorships, and I-9 verifications. Documents involving minors require proof of guardianship.

No — while RON is our primary and most efficient option, we schedule in-person and mobile notarizations for documents and circumstances that require them within the East Texas area.

Are you available after hours or on the weekend?

Yes — we offer extended-hour bookings and weekend availability for closings and urgent notarizations (subject to travel fees for mobile calls).

How long does a notarization take?

Most RON notarizations take 10–20 minutes. Mobile/onsite sessions depend on travel and printing needs; plan for 45–60 minutes for complex closings.
